The number off listings is different when we count all the listings together is every county and when we check the number of listings in the same market.

I have some done research on this.

The reason in different number is that we include listings from additional counties we don't have in market definition.

The difference is 15 listings where we included listings from 6 small counties.

It would be good to add the option to filter those listings in order to see them somehow. As for now we can find this 'stolen' listings just accidentally.
