It's nice to have a possibility to use Checkbox All in both ways in filtering Counties and House Types

ex_1: when you need to choose House Type -> Townhouse you should manually turn off all other types (instead of turn off -> All -> choose Townhouse)

ex_2: when you need to select a Walton County in ATL you should manually turn off the other 39 counties (instead of using checkbox All to turn off all counties)
