This refers to changing our map to align with Growth's initiatives. This involves:
- Improving map's performance
- Allowing markers on maps to be chosen by the user
- Allowing a polygon selection determined by the user
- Seeing a secondary list of scrollable properties
- Determining how much density to show for each marker
